During Class Repair: We can repair common issues while you are in class.
Mobile On-Campus Repair: We meet at a campus location for most repair types except water damage.
Booking: Appointments are made online and prioritized by booking order.
3. Warranty
Repairs include a 3-month limited warranty. If we cannot fix your device, you are not charged. Post-repair damage, water damage, and unauthorized modifications are excluded.
4. User Contributions
Reviews may be moderated and inappropriate content may be removed.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing depends on repair type. We accept tap-to-pay, card, Stripe, and Paymentwiser. Promotional terms apply as stated.
6. Liabilities
No Fix, No Fee: No charge if we cannot complete the repair.
Customer Satisfaction: We work to resolve issues through discussion.
Device Loss: If loss occurs while in our possession, compensation is based on current market value.
7. Data Privacy
Data may be accessed only as needed for repair. We recommend backups. Liability does not extend to lost data content.
8. Parts Used
We use quality-tested parts from trusted suppliers.
9. Turnaround Time
During-class repairs are typically 50-75 minutes. More intensive repairs may take up to 2 hours.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first handled through support, then third-party mediation in Madison, Wisconsin if needed.
12. Additional Services
We may offer extras and promotions based on availability.
